회원 안내문은 크로스컬처 커뮤니티 가입 전 반드시 읽어야 하는 공식 문서입니다. 단체의 목적, 사명, 회원 권리 및 의무, 의결권, 혜택, 개인정보 처리방침을 설명합니다.
- 회원 자격 — 누구에게나 열려 있음, 무료 가입
- 의결권 — 모든 회원 1인 1표, 총회 참여
- 자발적 후원 — 회원 자격이나 의결권에 영향 없음
- 탈퇴권 — 정관 최종본 동의 전 탈퇴 가능
- 개인정보 — 한국 개인정보 보호법(PIPA) 준수
The membership information packet is the official document all prospective members must read before joining CrossCulture Community. It covers the organization's purpose, mission, member rights and responsibilities, voting rights, benefits, and privacy policy.
- Membership — open to all, free of charge
- Voting rights — one member one vote, General Assembly participation
- Voluntary donations — do not affect membership or voting rights
- Right to resign — before finalized bylaws are submitted to ROK
- Privacy — compliant with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act
정관은 10개 장, 30개 조항으로 구성되며, 단체의 명칭, 목적, 회원 제도, 총회, 이사회, 임원, 재정, 개인정보, 해산, 보호 조항을 규정합니다.
- 사명 보호 조항 — 어떠한 결의로도 변경 불가
- 이중 이사회 구조 — 창립이사회 및 일반이사회
- 대리 투표 — 해외 회원 화상·서면 참여 허용
- 대표 결정투표권 — 가부동수 시 대표자 결정
- 외부 영향 차단 — 법인·단체 회원 자격 금지
- 해산 — 창립이사회 만장일치 + 회원 3/4 찬성
The bylaws consist of 10 chapters and 30 articles covering the organization's name, purpose, membership, General Assembly, board structure, officers, finance, privacy, dissolution, and protected provisions.
- Mission lock — cannot be altered by any resolution
- Two-tier board — Founding Board and General Board
- Proxy voting — overseas members may participate by video or written proxy
- President's casting vote — breaks ties at any level
- External influence protection — no corporate memberships permitted
- Dissolution — requires unanimous Founding Board plus 3/4 member vote
