The Bible is not merely literature. It is one of the most consequential documents in human history — a text that has shaped law, governance, ethics, education, and culture across civilizations and centuries. On June 1, 1982, Bill Majors arrived in Seoul, ordained and commissioned by his home church in Oklahoma. Forty-four years later, he is still here — an Honorary Citizen of Seoul, a Korean citizen, and a man whose life's work has been building bridges between cultures, nations, and communities through the message of the Bible. 1982년 6월 1일, 매죠스빌리래이 목사는 오클라호마 본교회의 안수와 파송을 받아 서울에 첫발을 내디뎠습니다. 그로부터 44년이 지난 오늘, 그는 여전히 서울에 있습니다 — 서울 명예시민이자 한국 국적자로서, 성경의 메시지를 통해 문화와 민족, 공동체를 잇는 다리를 놓아온 사람입니다.
